This is a home in Redwood Shores with NO HOA and a nice large yard! Both very rare for Redwood Shores. Best part, the list price on this one was just dropped by $100k down to $1,075,000:)

Here is "train-wreck" of a Foreclosure in San Mateo, CA. This one needs a ton of work, which will be evident when you watch the video. I'd say this home would be an equal amount of work, whether you tear it down and start over or just do some extensive remodelling.

 

Here's a home in the Hallmark community of Belmont, CA. This home is very well maintained, has a pretty nice floor plan and a great lot!
